A new charity we are offering our parish members this Christmas is to participate in the Christmas Shoebox appeal.
Information sheets are available around the church and in the Parish Centre with details of a child (boy/girl) and the child’s age for whom the shoebox will be assigned. When a person has completed their shoebox, they can return them to the parish.
Returned Shoeboxes are sent to children affected by poverty in countries in Africa and Eastern Europe.
The parish will pay for the cost of sending our shoeboxes to their destination.
