¨ From Monday to Saturday there is Adoration in the church from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm.
Adoration takes place from 5.35 pm – 7 pm on Wednesdays after the 5.35 pm Mass.
¨ Also, on Wednesday evening there is Contemplative Prayer in the room opposite the
sacristy at 7.30 pm till 8.15pm. Contemplative prayer is simply sitting in a reflective space and trying to be at one with yourself and with the Spirit.
¨ Thursday morning there is Lectio Divina in the room opposite the sacristy after morning Mass. This is a method of praying with the readings of the coming Sunday Mass. It lasts about 45 minutes.
¨ The Rosary is recited Monday to Friday at 5.10 pm.
All these prayer opportunities are open to everyone. No need to be invited, just come along. We are all different and different methods of prayer can suit different people, but we should be open to new experiences of prayer for our own good.
